Due to the current climate we’re all facing at the moment, the staff at JB Doors would like to update the public and reassure all customers that we taking the COVID-19 situation very seriously.
As a result, we have changed our approach to the way we operate and we’re now providing a contact-free service, in line with the government advice. This is to ensure our customer’s well-being and to ensure you still experience our high levels of service.
- From your initial point of contact with JB Doors, be that by phone or email, please state you wish to go contact-free.
- We will call ahead of time to let you know that we are on our way, so you can unlock the door.
- We will then carry out any works and/or surveys.
Once the survey is complete, we will leave and contact you again by phone to let you know we’re done, so you can lock your garage door. During this call, we’ll take your email address and send your quotation over to you this way.
JB Doors will continue to operate as normal and rest assured that our team as always are on hand to assist with any queries you may have. Regardless of taste, style and budget, we continue to provide quality garage doors and a safe, professional service.
